Overview: Young Beth Manners ekes out a living painting china. One day she finds a shoe that had been lost by the wealthy Rodney Norton’s valet. When he tracks her down for the shoe he is instantly smitten. A rich estate is left to Rodney with the condition that he must relinquish it if the lost heir or heiress is found.
