Biography: Jean-Bastien Niyigaruye, originally from Burundi, lives in Montreal. Working mainly in the visual arts, he recently embarked on the adventure of cinema as a director and scriptwriter. For him, cinema is a continuation of his interest in drawing, painting and sculpture.
